HATO CONTACT PRIMER is made from special quality acrylic resin suitable for old concrete especially for chalking and loose or scaling paint. Delivers strong adhesion, stain blocking, stain resistance, anti-fungus & algae and low odor. Environmentally friendly with no-added lead and mercury.

If previously paintwork is still in good condition washing down with clean water or brushing to remove dust and dirt.
Powdery and chalky surfaces must be scrubbed and cleaned with water. Fungus and Mildew growth must be clean off with hypochlorite solution and allow for drying out at least 2-3 days
