HATO SUPER QUICK PRIMER (Pigmented Primer) is made from special quality acrylic resin. Suitable for both fresh concrete and old concrete surfaces.  Excellent alkali resistance, anti- efflorescence, high penetration and excellent adhesion. Pigmented primer provides outstanding high–hiding properties that help get the job done faster and with fewer coats of paint. Environmentally friendly paints with no-added lead and mercury.

Allow the surfaces dry at least 2 days in case of speedy work or allow adequate time for the surface to dry out completely. The surface must be free from efflorescence. Brush down or scrape off any loose material and cement splashes.
