Surface preparation
New masonry
Surface must be through clean, free from oil, grease or waxy contaminant (New concrete cement must be completely cured and dry about 1 month)
Old masonry
All dirt and grease must be washed off clean If the old paint not complete requires through scraping, sanding all loose peeling paint Washing the mold infested surface with a sodium hypochlorite solution then rinsed with clean water after treatment and allow to dry completely 2-3 day before re-paint Apply 2 coat of Hato Acrylic Alkali Resisting Primer
